JOB SUMMARY:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. This role requires travel to meet with current and potential clients, understand their needs, and present our range of services to enhance their fleet operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visit and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities.
- Actively seek new business leads and pursue potential clients in your designated territory.
- Present and sell Paradigm Fleet Service’s products and services, including leasing, rentals, upfitting, graphics and telematics solutions.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to optimize their fleet management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales efforts through CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive or fleet industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within your designated territory.
- Knowledge of fleet management, leasing, or automotive services is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
