POSITION SUMMARY:
- Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and on-site visits.
- Respond to walk-ins and inbound sales leads, serving as a subject matter expert who guides clients to tailored equipment solutions.
- Conduct thorough equipment demos, run structured discovery meetings, and execute a consultative sales process.
- Follow up with previous clients to drive repeat business and referrals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, including quotes, contracts, and follow-up plans (strong CRM hygiene).
- Work collaboratively with service, financing, and operations teams to provide seamless, end-to-end solutions for customers.

- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing sales environments.
- Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about helping clients find the right solutions.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience with equipment, industrial tools, or heavy machinery sales preferred.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in equipment, industrial, or B2B sales.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
- Working knowledge of commercial or industrial equipment solutions is an asset.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and MVR screening.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
