POSITION SUMMARY

  • Provide administrative support to the sales, rental, and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage documentation, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and client agreements, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with scheduling client appointments, vehicle deliveries, and service follow-ups.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering excellent customer service and professional communication.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.
  • Support inventory management by tracking vehicle and equipment availability, incoming shipments, and returns.
  • Assist in preparing reports and internal documentation for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely updates on orders, agreements, and administrative processes.

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE TO APPLY:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field is an asset)
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative, office, or customer support role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry systems, and general office technology
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
