POSITION SUMMARY
- Provide administrative support to the sales, rental, and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage documentation, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and client agreements, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with scheduling client appointments, vehicle deliveries, and service follow-ups.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering excellent customer service and professional communication.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Support inventory management by tracking vehicle and equipment availability, incoming shipments, and returns.
- Assist in preparing reports and internal documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely updates on orders, agreements, and administrative processes.

- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE TO APPLY:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field is an asset)
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative, office, or customer support role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry systems, and general office technology
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
